Day 4 in Koh Samui

Day 4  

It’s an outrageous experience! One of the best sightseeing trips in Samui is the Sea Tram experience! Alec (a friend of my dad) drove us to the largest pier on Samui, then we took a first class fast ferry to an island named Koh Tao. That island has an amazing beach. The tour guide told us that we may bask in the sun, or we could swim or snorkel to see some amazing coral and underwater life! Then we headed for a more populated island to indulge in a delicious lunch, with either French or Thai food. Then we went offshore to choose between scuba-diving or snorkeling. I chose snorkeling, and I saw the best underwater life in the whole of Thailand’s islands. It was the best sightseeing experience of my trip.

My view of Koh Tao:

An amazing island with a view to complete it. Where can you bask in the sun in pure yellow sand, or, where can you swim in turquoise waters? This is the place if you’re looking for the description above. Enjoy waves slapping gently across you’re face, and snorkel to see a huge range of aquatic life. There are fishes of different shapes and sizes, and none of them sting or bite. Expect the best from this one-of-a-kind island.

My view of snorkeling offshore:

Be like a fish in this submerged world! See the fishes swimming about the coral reef, flashing all their brilliant colors at you. If you just drop one chunk of bread or fruit into the water, schools of fish will come swimming towards it, making a football-sized ball of silver. Be careful of sharp rocks though. They can cut you’re flesh like a knife slicing through butter. Other than that, enjoy the diverse marine life.

My view of the boat trip:

A really fun trip isn’t complete without comfort, so enjoy the Sea Tran ferry’s hospitality! You can choose between the indoors or outdoors. The indoors is a very good choice, since the seats are padded well and the place is air-conditioned. But, if you think the indoors is too cold, or you want a better view, you should choose the outdoors. You can’t beat the outdoors, with it’s outstanding view of the islands and sea. The ship has 2 floors, the upper one with the better view. There is also a small shop on the lower floor, where you can buy drinks or chips. So enjoy a comforting trip with Sea Tran’s ferry!
